EASTER EGG HUNT 2021

This year the farm museum was unable to hold the annual "Breakfast with the Easter Bunny" due to the Covid restrictions.  Instead, the museum members decided to hold an Easter egg hunt on March 28th in an effort to provide a free activity for youngsters and their family.  Despite the cold, wet weather, many families arrived to find plenty of eggs left by the infamous Easter Bunny.  After quick search for the elusive eggs, youngsters were greeted by Peter Cottontail for a quick photo op.  The museum would like to thank the Easter Bunny for helping to make this event a fun time for all.

SLEIGH DAYS 2021

The sleigh days event was held on February 13th this year with snow, cold weather and plenty of smiles to go around.  Over a period of three hours approximately 150 riders hopped on one of the two sleighs for a spin around the park.  Hot chocolate, coffee and a warm camp fire greeted the riders upon their return.  The Bluewater Audubon Society with host Tom and Lauri Dennis were on hand to share their love of the sights and sounds of winter birds with all of the visitors.  The museum would like to thank everyone who helped to make this a fun event.
